dunes!!!

here I am in Glamis, California, dune capitol of the world. at least my little world for two days of spring break. it was a blast!

cleaning...

...i hate it. i guess our approximately seven hours of cleaning in the last two days wan't too terrible, but you know, it's cleaning, how fun can it be??? Yesterday we did a 'good clean' while we were doing a 'better clean' i guess? that's including everything we usually do including baseboards, doors, walls, shutters, windows, etc.

last night we got to see 'bride wars' which was hilarious! i thought it was great and think if you haven't seen it maybe you should check it out.

we were going to do nothing this spring break, but now, instead of brooklyn's b-day party, we get to go to the dunes! i'm really excited for that except that it is going to be really hot.

here's a side note: randi, i suggest you never let your kids eat in the car because 1. it's disgusting
2. i think some of the food/drink/ice cream/slurpee/whatever else was in the car, is now permanent

i hate being...

...sick. when you're sick you have to stay home from school which results in a very large amount of make up homework. if only i was sick this week. then i wouldn't have to do all the chores we are going to do (an estimated 10 hours worth). then on second thought, oh yeah, i am sick. i'm still having some sinus problems, can't hear because of them, can't breathe and other fun things. the upside? i don't have a fever and feel dizzy every time i stand up still.

so today i got a call from richelle asking me to update my blog. (the call wasn't really for me, but i had the honor of answering the phone). i guess i was challenged(?) by my lovely aunt richelle to have a gospel sharing item on the blog so i guess mine is...i want you all to read mosiah 2 and 3. this is the announcement king benjamin gives after he appoints his son, mosiah king. i read this today (yeah i know 4 chapters off schedule) and it was about basically all the things you should and shouldn't do to make it to the celestrial kingdom. i challenge you all to read it if you haven't already.
